We buy each other jewellery. For birthdays, for no reason, for the occasions that matter and the ones that don't. We've always done it. The ritual of choosing something specific for someone you know completely, something you just know they'll love the moment they see it.

That's where Mikki Luka came from.

Two names. Two completely different women. One of us likes sophisticated pieces with an edge. The other likes whatever she likes, which changes, which is bold, which is entirely her own. Neither of us compromises. Neither of us should have to.

So we didn't build one collection. We built two.
